Christine Kohl-Zaugg is Principal at EcoPulse. She obtained her M.S.
in Environmental Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of
Technology, in Zurich (ETHZ).

Christine has nearly a decade’s experience in the strategic
environmental and sustainability arena. During her career, Christine
has worked for a national science institute, several environmental
consultancies - including a large environmental engineering group
and a PR/media oriented company, as well as a governmental
agency.

She currently serves on the
Pacific Industrial Business Association
(PIBA) Board of Directors, acting as a liaison to its Sustainable
Business Practices (SBP) committee. Over the course of the past
years, she has been active in a number of leading organizations
linking the environment and the economy, including: the Business
Environmental Network (BEN),
Sustainable Silicon Valley (SSV) and
California Environmental Protection Agency’s (CalEPA) innovative
Environmental Management System (EMS) pilot project, which
resulted in the creation of a comprehensive and widely adopted
vineyard and winery EMS guidebook for the Californian wine industry.
